This return policy applies to all international orders placed on our website. We allow returns for standard non-custom clothing within 30 days after customers receive their packages. Returned goods must be unused, unaltered, and preserved in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, fading, dirt or odor. All original accessories and packaging must be returned together with the items.

Customized apparel, personalized printed items, undergarments, swimwear and all marked final sale products are excluded from return and exchange services. No return requests will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.

If the return is initiated due to customer preference, the customer shall undertake all return shipping charges. In the event of product quality problems, shipping errors, missing items or damaged goods during transit, our store will take full responsibility for return shipping fees and provide after-sales solutions including refunds or replacements.

After completing product inspection, we will process refunds within 7–10 business days. All exchange applications must be pre-approved by our customer service team. We strictly check every item before shipment to ensure product quality for global customers.
