All apparel orders follow a standardized processing workflow after payment confirmation, including order confirmation, manual quality inspection, sorting, folding and sealed packaging. The whole procedure takes 2–3 business days and excludes weekends and international public holidays. We strictly control every production and packaging detail to avoid loose threads, printing errors, fabric defects and other common clothing issues before international delivery.

Global cross-border shipping is available for all territories. Since international logistics are affected by multi-party uncontrollable factors, we do not guarantee fixed delivery dates. Estimated transit time will be displayed on the order page for customer reference. Once dispatched, the tracking system will be updated in real time, enabling users to check transit, customs clearance and local delivery status anytime.

Customers are fully responsible for all shipping charges and customs-related fees in the destination country. Any tax adjustment, customs penalty or storage fee caused by the buyer’s incomplete information or failure to clear customs shall be undertaken by the customer. We provide standardized after-sales support for verified manufacturing defects reported within the valid time limit, while non-quality returns require the buyer to cover round-trip logistics expenses.
